Dharamsala, North India, has been the home-in exile for His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama since 1960. The programme feautres archive footage of the 1959 uprising in Lhasa, Tibet and the destruction of Buddist temples and monasteries in 1977. Exclusive interviews with the Dalai Lama and other leading religious figures who promote East/West spiritual dialogue.

I didn't expect it to be this good, I was surprised. Very down to earth explanations and no attempts in trying to making something more complex than it is. I'm not into any specific religion myself, this is a neutral view and judgement.
Clearly getting 5 stars from me, if you yet haven't seen this, watch it. Most meaningful 35 minutes you could possibly ever get hold of in form of a film. 3
