Rwanda 1994: the bloodiest genocide in history gets underway. An exhausted Catholic priest (John Hurt) and a young idealistic English teacher (Hugh Dancy) find themselves caught in the 1994 Rwandan genocide. They must now choose whether to stay with the thousands of Tutsis about to be massacred or to flee for safety. The barbarity is beyond imagination as a small African country is turned upside down. But not beyond prevention. The UN is there, watching. Watching but not acting.

Mycket gripande film! Så förbannad man blir! Så ledsen! Och speciellt att världen vände ryggen till! Det får bara inte hända! Och vad läskigt det är hur människan kan bli hetsad till sådant hat och hjärntvättade att de blir mördare och tycker att de gör rätt! Varför upprepas historien gång på gång runt om i världen? Varför går det inte att hindra?
