About the show

Monumental Vision is an international arts and culture series which follows the adventures of Andrew Rogers, one of Australia’s most distinguished contemporary sculptors, as he works in remote and exotic locations around the world – Sri Lanka, Bolivia, Australia, Iceland, China, India, Turkey, Nepal and Slovenia. Rogers creates giant Earth Artworks made of rock and designed to be viewed from the air. At each location he collaborates with the indigenous people to build an artistic bridge back to their past, a bridge in the form of ancient symbols and Monumental Geoglyphs which provide the present generation with a frame of reference to their history and heritage.
